Shawn's leadership helped him develop an award-winning company in Akins IT with the right people and the right solutions. With his over 30 years of experience, he is able to help others find their best self with his expertise in managing people, creating an organizational culture, and developing effective teams for maximum performance.

Michelle McKernan has been with Akins IT for 10 years and in the IT industry for 20. Aside from her position as CFO, she is also involved with many other aspects at Akins IT including: collaboration projects to help grow the company and decorating our office in Newport Beach. Michelle lives at the beach and loves to spend time with her family, travel and create art.

Brittney Garner is a graduate from Concordia University, Irvine who got her start with client relationship management and services in the medical industry. After making an industry transition to Information Technology, she has continued to grow and improve her skill set while providing first class project management and company leadership. She takes pride in her work and strives each day to provide excellent service to her team and the clients she interacts with. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family, live music, and trying new restaurants as a true "foodie" at heart.
