Airwatch was costing one of our clients between $4 and $10 a month per device was a waste of money. Around 1200 iPads are at their disposal. The prior IT provider attempted to deploy Intune but failed. 


The customer wants MDM to switch out for SCCM and airwatch. They also need a method of deploying and controlling images. They have lost interest in interacting with SCCM. There is also significance in deploying applications.


Intune was implemented, saving the customer money and allowing them to use additional functionalities. They are able to trace which gadgets they own and who received them.


They saved (at minimum) $65k per year by eliminating airwatch. (Air watch $4 to $10 per device each month. They own around 1200 iPads.
